Why Am I So Anxious For No Reason

Why you get anxious so much

Remember that you don’t experience anxiety until you encounter or think about something that triggers you.

If you think someone experiences less anxiety than us, what you’re really saying is they have little to no triggers. 

Example

One person could have 500 triggers, while another person could have 50. The person with 50 triggers probably doesn’t feel like they have anxiety because they get triggered a lot less vs the person with 500 triggers. Fortunately, eliminating one anxiety trigger could and often leads to the elimination of other triggers at the same time. Why? Eliminating one trigger changes previously unconscious beliefs and thinking patterns that may be the root cause of other triggers.
