The Option Method is a proven technique–used for more than four decades–for finding and discarding the root cause of negative emotions and undesirable behaviors. Beliefs.

In practice, it’s a back-and-forth dialogue based on a tested system of questions to help you uncover unconscious beliefs. Each Option Method session will leave you with more self-trust, self-empowerment, happiness and clarity as well as a creating a renewed sense of purpose (living life on your own terms). At Clarity, we define happiness as the absence of negative emotions.

Rather than master the Option Method for yourself, you can use the solutions we provide to heal yourself. Our solutions and prescriptions contain the kind of insights and beliefs you’d uncover if you were to have Option Method sessions with a practitioner. If one of our solutions doesn’t address your key issues, we recommend you ask follow-up questions or contact us for help.
