What is the Option Method?

The Option Method is a proven questioning technique for eliminating negative emotions created decades ago by a therapist, Bruce Di Marsico; typically done in a 1-on-1 session with a practitioner, the Option Method will help you uncover unconscious beliefs and leave you not only more self-aware but also happier. At Calrity, we define happiness as the absence of negative emotions.

Everyone on our staff has received Option Method training and has personally received extensive Option Method therapy. Rather than master the Option Method for yourself, you can use the solutions we provide to heal yourself. Our solutions and prescriptions contain the belief-changing insights you’ll uncover if you were to have several Option Method sessions with a practitioner. In the event that our solution doesn’t address your key issues, all our solutions have a community group where you can ask follow-up questions for free.

This is a more verbose transcript of Bruce explaining what the Option Method is and how it helps one become happier. Heads up: Those unfamiliar with this work may get confused by what he says due to the density of the material. We use our training and experience applying the principles of the Option Method to produce simplified content and products people can use to help themselves.

We’ve found the Option Method more effective and life-changing than other therapy modalities.
